        Fragglerock stopped airing almost 40 years ago. HBO nabbed the rights early on in their strange push into children’s programming with acquisitions like Sesame Street which they got more directly involved in.

        You say it was a long time ago, but it started in the streaming era and when it happened it was weird at the time and it’s still weird now. It was never a good fit, nobody gets HBO For the children’s programming. As evidenced by the fact that they are dropping it.
