For the luck of the child this guy was as dimwitted with no control of his impulses as one could be.
Instead of just grabbing his daughter and then take the first available flight to turkey before anyone could even do something (like so many fucker already did), he decided to grab his kid (with no extra food or toys or whatever) in an impulse one could expect of a 4yr old, and wanted to extort a free flight?
And no has definately no child anymore, a ban for the airport and legal consequences to deal with.
