      Nobody is disputing US using hacker groups to do the same, but it’s literally the US agency warning about foreign hackers. You could post about Russian or Chinese agencies warning about US backed hackers to inform people.

    They always have been. SOHO equipment has been a target since they became network connected.

      They removed the known malware, but they recommend the following actions to be sure & protect yourself from other malware.

      • Perform a hardware factory reset to remove all malicious files
      • Upgrade to the latest firmware version
      • Change any default usernames and passwords
      • Implement firewall rules to restrict outside access to remote management services.
