      cat food juices mainly for me… sometimes the tins break through the bag and it dribbles down the bag. other stuff I tend to dump in sink drain prior, yeah, the liquid thing never made sense to me tbh

        Why not give the cans a quick rinse? It’s fast, keeps the stanky away, and it’s better for the recycling processes (less chemicals used, less burning etc)?

          honestly never crossed my mind if I’m being honest

          my kitties act like it’s the end of the world unless they get fed right this instance so most of the time I’m catering to them being a couple of assholes instead of worrying about that lol 😂

          we have separate bags for trash and recycle so technically not trash but same meaning I suppose

      Not everyone has a disposal or compost option. And even if you do have a disposal, it’s rare that you can just put anything you want down it.
