Clearly these midgen upgrades aren’t bringing anything new to the table.
That’s why I just avoid them as I enjoy the fact that consoles aren’t like PC where you have to upgrade every few years.
Of course developers can add a few effects and a higher framerate, but, as long as they have to care about early console adopters, they can’t do anything more meaningful.
We’ll see, but I ain’t even sure we’ll have a PS5 pro…
