The state’s highest court said the law, moribund for decades under Roe v. Wade, was now enforceable, but put the decision on hold for a lower court to hear other challenges to the law.
I mean, much worse than the title implies: Arizona Supreme Court removes a law passed 2 years ago in order to reinstate an abortion ban law from before Arizona was even a state, to which the only exception is when absolutely necessary to save the life of the mother. (Which we’ve seen from Texas mean basically won’t happen even if it is medically suggested by multiple doctors.)
