Is It Worth Playing The Huge New ‘Starfield’ Patch?

After months of complaining that Starfield has not had any truly major patches since its September launch, there is finally one that I would classify as suitably big.

looked at ship/base customization but what I really want is an easy mode for bases. im just not into building them but I want them.
