Ah, yes. Pissing off a bunch of people with no power to fix what you are protesting against while potentially putting people’s lives in danger by restricting access to critical infrastructure will surely get more people on their side.
These types of activities were designed to bring awareness to an ongoing issue or wrongdoing. At this time, many are already aware of what’s going on in gaza. Gaza is not the only place suffering, just the one closest to pop culture.
I think pissing off so many people will only hurt their objectives. Something this pointless could only happen in southern california.

Man it would suck to be in one of those cars
It’s the 405 during rush hour. They’re prepared for the suck. They’d be surprised if it didn’t suck. At least they shut it down at National, where people farther back in the jam could escape to a choice of surface streets, rather than Skirball in the Sepulveda Pass.
If you showed up to say this isn’t the way to get support for Gaza, you might be right. But then again, what have you done?
If you showed up to say how dare they inconvenience these people for one morning just because there’s a holocaust happening, go fuck yourself.
Fuck, at least someone’s doing something
Ngl, the people getting legit upset at genocide protesters are kinda gross (looking at those people at the Harris rally shouting over protesters upset about our unwavering support of Israel’s brutal war)
