This fucking sucks. I had a leg injury which had handicapped me for years and I finally trained my way out of it a couple of months ago and now I might have a disc herniation.
This is what you get for posting about how your legs kill billionaires.

Besides sympathy I can offer you a little pain advice, but I am not a doctor, I just got family who have arthritis. If the pain is in the muscles use ibuprofen. If it’s in the bones use naproxen. If you need sustained inflammation control you can safely take ibuprofen and acetaminophen at the same time just keep track of your doses and stay under each drug’s daily limit. Drink lots of water as it helps the body manage swelling better.

I hope it’s nothing serious and you can see a doctor soon.

Lower back upper glute and hip… That sounds word for word like my back pain!

Have you gone to a massage therapist or chiropractor? Mine told me it was my piriformis

flaring up by being weak and getting pulled by the stronger muscles around it. If it’s your piri there are low-intensity workouts that will provide immediate relief and prevent future pain (until you forget to do them because the pain is 100% gone)

Have a look, i’d be thrilled if that info helped you.

        Lol, no. I’m poor.😅

I have like 3-4 issues; Some are nerves, one’s a previous injury, and then I think sleeping on my side aggravated a combination of them all or something new. So that might be one of them. I’ll look into it, thank you. stalin-approval

I just got my back x rayed after about a month of sudden low back pain reminiscent of my spasm two years ago. They weren’t able to tell me which muscle but I’m in a girdle and am doing my best. I wonder if this is my issue!

I have Medicaid so it’s taking a while to find PT but I do have 16 free sessions I’m looking forward to.

And I think it’s worth mentioning my roommate’s back just went out AND one of my clients.

I am so glad I found this.
