I am a perfectionist, which put me a lot in analysis paralysis situations like this and I don’t want to be rude.
My choices in my mind is:
- Don’t do anything (that is what I currently choose).
- Reply back with you are welcome(I feel it’s unnecessary and it would result in a notification for the other person for no reason).
- Upvote the comment and move on(That is what I think is the best and I started doing it).
- “2”+“3”.
What is the best choice and is there is other options I missed?
Just upvote. Especially in a low traffic scenario, it will be obvious where the upvote came from.
Only reply if you have more information to add
I argue that in a low traffic scenario, it would be more helpful to respond with “you’re welcome” because it increases engagement and interaction.
The appropriate response is to give them all your property, such as your house, and cars, and any jewelry you have.
Hey, thanks for the question!
No problem
Would I give them my debt, too? Assuming I had any, of course.
No no no, thats backwards. I give you MY debt. It’s an exchange. I take your valuables, you take my debt. Yes, I will allow this.
Got it, thanks.
I say, only reply back if you have more to add to the topic, but the upvotes are a nice touch.
3
You put them on your list and send them a postcard every new years.
Get annoyed because they reopened the ticket.
Thanks for the question!
You’re welcome!
“Glad I could help” “You’re welcome” Just upvote
Pick one.
Are you me? Also, 3
I’ll stop thanking you if it is that big of a deal
“Yw”
Thanks for asking.
What? You have to pay the fee. You’re joking right? You’ve been paying the fee, right?
I dont’ think it matters anymore than everyone using thanks to begin with.
