I believe Elon Musk grabbed his buddies who chipped in $1 to $10 Billion (unknown how much exactly since it’d all be handshake deals between buddies), its all private now so no one has insight… aside from some public members like the Saudis IIRC who were investors in Twitter before, and after, the Elon Musk purchase.
