There’s no reason to forgive either. That’s for religous dogma. If a person does bad things to you, it’s a done thing. Fuck that person. Cut toxicity out of your life. If u can. Period.
Radical acceptance of the things you can’t change anymore is the way. But Forgivness? Nope.
