      because the person that tried and failed to stop the criminal due to not being very good at it is the real person to blame for a crime, rather than the criminal themself

        I’ll frame it in a proper way for you. People of America preferred a rapist criminal over a dem. You can blame people all day but it’s a democracy after all and you have to be better than being “better than the opponent”.
