I have this problem as well. Especially at Metapgor right now. I can’t finish the game without max all classes and social stats. While it’s a lot easier than in Persona, i don’t know when the game ends and how much time i get. So i try to finish a dugeon is the leadt amount of possible days, i’m able to archive. I once end up grinding on low lvl mobs, just to not lose a day.
