    It’s a play on a book, Delay, Deny, Defend: Why Insurance Companies deny claims and what you can do about it.

    Except Depose has a dual meaning in place of defend. Depose could be to remove from power or dethrone. It can also mean as in Deposition or testifying in a legal case, which the CEO was about to do as his company is under investigation from the DOJ.

    Then the stock price rose after his Dead Men tell no tales moment the day he was going into an investors gooning session of misery and death profiteering.
