The plan since bush got an erection from invading Iraq with made up wmds has been “do things no matter who cares, then take years explaining it away having already done it” and by then you’ve already done more questionable things. Look at Don, he lies 50x per speech and by the time you count 5 of them with facts 2 days later, he has another speech that morning somewhere else.
Bare in mind that the Constitution is merely a piece of paper. It only has power because the people who have the means give it power. Our military leaders, our representatives, our judges…
We’ve come to a place in time that Trump, during his first term, put the people in place who put conservatism (specifically Trumpism) higher than the Constitution.
So here we are, days before a man who promised to be a dictator on day one, is set to be inaugurated. With the full support of several key people throughout the government to bring in fascism to the country.
They will only use the “Constitution” to justify their actions.
