US President Donald Trump issued pardons Monday to around 1,500 people convicted for their roles in the January 6th, 2021 Capitol attack, where rioters stormed the legislative building seeking to disrupt the certification of the 2021 election. Alongside the full pardons, Trump commuted the sentences of 14 other January 6th defendants, including Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes, who will be released but retain their convictions. Trump also directed the Justice Department to drop outstanding charges against all other Capitol attack defendants.

Earlier I made the prediction that Mr. Trump wouldn’t pardon anyone from J6, as they had outran their usefulness to him.
Well, sadly, I stand corrected.
Me too buddy. I think I see their usefulness now. He doesn’t care about the numbers of them, 1,500 is nothing. They’re useful as leaders for what they represent.
Of course they’ll all ignore the fact that he could have pardoned them before he left office, but then they wouldn’t make very good martyrs would they?
There’s nothing to stand against him. Fascism now holds a majority in every branch of government. The MSM is a pro-corporate dictatorship propaganda arm (all owned by the oligarchs). Corporate America is lining up to gargle fascist balls. All the pawns are in place, so now the mask can be safely ripped off.
I was actually hoping they’d go full-throttle instead of a smart, slow, calculated, death by a thousand cuts. At this point the only thing that could possibly shock America into civil war, and the world into action, is Trump going full-blown genocidal tyrant within the first year. I hope he’s dumb enough to invade Greenland or Panama before he’s had a chance to replace military leadership.

Yeah, he has shown that as long as you’re
a republicanloyal, and do what he wants, the law doesn’t matter. At best, prepare to have the US government robbed blind by him and his buddies for 4 years.
