Which are prominently white and low income. Meth is a white people drug. Hopefully people see this and then get the joke and the irony

Edit: LOL. Even the moderators didn’t get the irony

“DEI” is used by bigots as a stand in for “people who aren’t white”. So your “sort of” sarcasm comes across as racist, because no one, bigots or otherwise, means white folk when they’re talking about the importance of diversity.

Ironic racism is still racism, and your intentions don’t matter, because it reads like racism. You’re lucky you didn’t get banned tbh, and the only reason I didn’t do that is because I couldn’t be sure if you were racist, or just made a fucked up comment without realising how it would be interpreted.

Disabled would fit into DEI policies, right? Gay? Trans? Are you saying that they’re all people that are/were represented by DEI policies their own race of people? Or are PAnddisabled? And I wasn’t being ironically racist at all

Here’s what Wikipedia says about DEI: organizational frameworks which seek to promote the fair treatment and full participation of all people, particularly groups who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination on the basis of identity or disability.

Diversity refers to the presence of variety within the organizational workforce, such as in identity and identity politics. It includes gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, age, culture, class, religion, or opinion.

Equity refers to concepts of fairness and justice, such as fair compensation and substantive equality. More specifically, equity usually also includes a focus on societal disparities and allocating resources and “decision making authority to groups that have historically been disadvantaged”, and taking “into consideration a person’s unique circumstances, adjusting treatment accordingly so that the end result is equal.”

inclusion refers to creating an organizational culture that creates an experience where “all employees feel their voices will be heard” and a sense of belonging and integration.

To focus solely on race within the DEI argument is useless because there are other peoples included in those programs. So you can keep saying my statement is racist because you aren’t looking at the big picture. And why aren’t you calling the meme out for being “ironically racist”?
