Sure, but you shouldn’t think that the “ethnic” restaurants in the US are serving what is actually served in their home country. Just about every restaurant tunes their recipes for local tastes. And, since the US is more insular than most countries, the recipes are adjusted a lot more for Americans than for people in other countries.
