If he thinks he can get away with it, I don’t doubt for a second that he will instruct the DOJ to aggressively prosecute anyone who is arrested while protesting the actions of the executive branch. Then it’s just a matter of expanding the sort of things you can be arrested for while protesting. Disorderly conduct. Loitering. Littering if you so much as put your sign down for a second. Interfering with a police investigation if you refuse to show ID.
