Pretty sure honest monegasques still dont pay taxes because of the laws there. Stopped there once on a trip to spain and the place gives off a strange ass vibe. Also most monegasques are just normal people(people who actually help society unlike billionaire royals) with normal jobs that were born in a strange place.
