Israel has not formally declared their goals for this war, but my guess is that it’s any mix of the following: Kill all military membership of Hamas Kill all senior leadership of Hamas Kill all political members of Hamas Return the hostages who are still alive Return the bodies of those who are not Once those goals are achieved, my guess is the exit plan is some mix of these: Up and leave Gaza. Just like that. Hand over rule of Gaza to one of the following: The PA Egypt Establish a security corridor inside Gazan territory Establish a security corridor inside Israeli territory There are other options but they are unfeasible or so unlikely I didn’t list them.
