She would be targeting the people that are so damn tribal that they wouldn’t vote for Biden, but are sick enough of Trump’s bullshit to protest vote or uninformed enough to think she has a chance.
Third party candidates are always a non-zero amount of people. And in the age of candidates winning by a few hundred here and there, that could be enough.
She could run as a spoiler candidate just to keep trump from winning if he is the nominee.
