This question is confusing. Do you want to create digital cards or print them or both?
I’m assuming they want to have cards printed so they can send them to people. That’s the point of cards.
The other user is correct. I’d like to design and print out photo Christmas cards and mail them.
photo.walgreens.com is like 29 cents per picture

Print them at your local walgreens, make sure to go to RetailMeNot to look for a coupon.
Google local print shops in your area, they should be able to do it cheaper than that.

For print anywhere local is fine. Ordering online is ok but time crunch and shipping costs…
