Not really. That completely fails to take into account whether or not that even impacts local populations. I know for my area, it doesn’t. While cat “murder” is known here, the prey they’re killing are the weak and infirm. The prey that are going to die regardless of whether it’s a cat or a shiny window.

This “fact” is blown completely out of proportion.
