Russia's lower house of parliament voted on Tuesday to raise the maximum age at which men can be conscripted to 30 years from 27, increasing the number of young men liable for a year of compulsory military service at any one time.
They have clearly demonstrated that they do not. But like 70+% of the federal budget is pumped, dug or mined from the ground, and the needed workforce for that is rather small, so it’s not like they give a shit.
Surely they don’t need young men to keep the economy going, do they?
