“Simon Says” is a game where you follow instructions given by an appointed “Simon”, but only when prefaced with “Simon says…”. If you follow instructions given by Simon which were not prefaced with “Simon says”, you have been fooled and are now “out”.

The image can be construed to show a clever Simon Says player happily showing that they have not fallen for the treacherous, unprefaced secondary instruction.
