The steam deck uses KDE, so the most popular Linux desktop device is going to be showcasing what flatpak is(n’t) capable of.
This is largely a problem thanks to the GNOME developers though, refusing to play nicely with anyone else and acting like their way is THE way.
It does have HDR support already though, it’s just via GameScope.

I’m hoping Slide for Reddit gets resurrected and ported over to be Slide for Lemmy
I mean literally just register your account again. Maybe subscribe to the communities you like on each account if you have the time to, but if not just reserve your username on each and have them saved in your password manager and ready to go in case of a break-glass incident.
They kinda can’t be a spez, by design. Just make sure you make backup accounts on all the other instances, and use them occasionally

I installed the
secondattempt
package and it launches and loads posts, but it does not yet function for logging in. Great work so far though, this has me very excited!
