I was going to make a joke about Swerve turning heel, but figured I’d be the only one here that would get it. The county and city in southern Pennsylvania are pronounced “Lan-kis-ter” instead of the usual “Lan-kas-ter.” Locals can get pretty smug when out-of-towners get it wrong, even though we’re the one’s that saying differently than everyone else. But still, fuck Booker T.

Oof, that’s rough. When I was growing up the remnants of a hurricane knocked out our power for a week once, but at least it was late summer/ early fall so, aside from being bored, it wasn’t too bad. Glad you’re back with us, and good luck with the next storm.
I looked him up on Bluesky. His last post was from 2 days ago saying an ice storm knocked out his internet but he still had power. Either his internet is down and he has bad cell service, or the ice storm fucked up his power too.

I remember hearing they dropped HBO from the name because HBO is associated with more adult oriented content and they wanted to to show they have more than that. But since the name change they’ve been dropping Cartoon Network shows every time you turn around.

I will say, as much as AEW was pushing Toni Storm starring in it, she wasn’t in to that much. Kamille was in the movie a whole lot more and I wonder if she would’ve been getting all that attention if she hadn’t disappeared after whatever dumb thing she said.
I saw Queen of the Ring last week. I was going to do a little write up of it and make it’s own thread, but I’ve been busy. I’d give it a 7/10. Anyone else see it?

This is just a guess, but looking at satellite images it looks like there could be dry river beds in the desert. Maybe the area gets enough rain to have them, but not enough for them to lead anywhere.
