I actually did miss last week, and it was no one’s fault but my own. I apologize, please forgive me.
Each Friday, we’ll be presenting a scenario for a fictional wrestling storyline or premium live event, and it’s up to you, dear wrestlefriend, to play armchair booker and decide how you would make it happen. Your submissions can be as straight forward, or as goofy as you like, the only rule is: keep it in the realm of wrestling (Death Battle already booked Goku vs Superman).
This week’s scenario:
It’s 2024, and Tony Khan has a(nother) huge announcement! TK opens Dynamite with the unveiling of the AEW Jobber’s Championships! That’s right, plural! There will be both a men’s and a women’s division, and the first champions will be determined in two 10-person battle royals to be held on the next Rampage. The Jobber’s division has requirements: You must have a negative win/loss record in order to challenge for the Jobber belt, and if a wrestler has enough successful defenses to achieve a positive record, they’ll be stripped of the title!
How will you book the Jobber divisions? Who will be your first champions? What do you imagine the belts would look like?
