        We’re on like

        • They came for black men
        • They came for undocumented people
        • They came for asylum seekers protected under US law
        • They came for indigenous water defenders
        • They came for some people who didn’t want a “School of the Americas but for Cops” built in a park
        • They came for trans people
        • They came for Palestinians

There aren’t many fucking people left but the Libs haven’t taken the message yet.

This is the exact argument my aunt busted out.

First of all, that’s not true. But second of all, I kinda wish it was true because at least then people would actually fight back.

I can’t understand why people don’t care about people their own government is genociding.

Umm, sweaty, Biden might be genocidal, but Drumpf is genocidaler. If tiny hands wins, he’ll start bombing Gaza with nazgul and collecting Palestinian souls to power a superweapon capable of destroying planets. So ackshually, if you really did support Palestine, you would want Biden to win. smuglord

Hey man, where did those scary guys with guns come from? Spontaneously generated by Joe losing?

Imagine knowing there is already an infrastructure in place to lock up undesirables and thinking that the bad thing would be liberals ending up in one of said already existing camps.

Seriously. Why do we have a society that can immediately genocide after an election? That speaks to such a shitty system where a single vote can do that. There are so many worse problems at play than which racist old man holds the nuclear codes.

I second @[email protected] 's point: read the Jakarta Method. The most eye-opening thing about that book was how in every country where it happened, the people living here had the same idea “something that is so outrageous can’t happen here”.

In Indonesia specifically, the communists were already armed and willing to fight for the liberals’ democracy. They rejected the offer and as a result, the communists were massacred and the country’s fragile democracy was crushed.

Wow, if the US is that close to fascism, I sure hope it’s geopolitical rivals are powerful enough to place a check on it. Imagine if the US was both fascist and the world’s sole uncontested superpower. Critical support to China in its struggle against the about-to-be fascist US, right libs?

i know a bunch of chuds who also believe they’ll be thrown into camps if Biden wins. In both scenarios though, the losers are prepared to blame the left for their circumstances. We’re such a specter on their minds. Leftists hold basically no power in the USA and yet we’re constantly blamed for everything

Just like red MAGA, blue MAGA is drowning in histrionics about being rounded up into internment camps, and just like red MAGA, blue MAGA’s lives will not meaningfully change should the enemy win and they will face no significant material consequences.

The left must act the way the conservatives and liberal think we are. They keep imagining all of this power and intrigue from us - we might as well make sure their imagination doesn’t go to waste.

again and again I return to the Eighteenth Brumaire

the tradition of all dead generations weighs like a nightmare upon the minds of the living

no matter how many of us they kill, we never truly die, and come back again and again to finally complete the revolution. for our dead and for the living. for those who are not yet born.

Meanwhile when you say “We need to stop the GOP” libs immediately start shitting and pissing and stammering “You’re advocating for violence against the people I sincerely believe would put me in a concentration camp?!!?!? That’s horrible!”

Liker first off, yes, but I didn’t actually say it, you just assumed. And second, say what you just said out loud, but slowly.

Well, if we used power to stop the people who want to genocide us, then we’d be as bad as the people who want to genocide us. The better alternative is to dick around until our enemies gain enough of a foothold to genocide us and then let them genocide us. That way, we’re noble.

Oh, I’d vote for Biden if he was putting conservatives in camps.

      Follow along with me here:

      1. We have a Republican candidate who will (and will have the power to) supposedly genocide a mass of undesirables if he takes office (something we were promised the first time he ran for office too by the way)

      2. We have a gigantic group of undesirables (Republicans) who want to put such a person in office (a person who, as I’ve already stated, will gulag a ton of people on the usually Democrat side of the aisle)

      3. Democrats would also have that power equally themselves, cause otherwise the other guy couldn’t have it

      4. Knowing point 1 and 2, why doesn’t the current president do what the other guy would do, but to that guy’s voter base? If they (republicans) gain power, they’re allegedly going to literally do this themselves; why aren’t they being shoved in those very camps? Is the whole point to just play keep away with Republicans eternally? If so, not only is this system a joke, but Democrats are a joke too for treating this as a game.

the only victory the care about is the moral one. and even then, moral only means preserving the rules of the system, even as it collapses down upon them.

They don’t believe this, and they know they don’t believe this, otherwise they would be calling for their friends and like-minded individuals to get armed and start training for militias.

They already know that in a Trump election they’ll just shrug their shoulders as certain minorities continue to get their rights eroded in the boring longwinded democratic process way and the civilized law and order police brutality way

I really don’t think they could ever organize meaningfuly resistance, armed or otherwise. It just doesn’t exist in their universe. The system is too holy, the US military is too invincible, it’d all be too uncivil.

it did bring energy and purpose to the left last time around. there was an unreported clash between the fash and antifa in my city where a force 1/5 the size of the fash (maybe 1/10) managed to corral and ultimately route the fash with nothing but shields while occupying the police in a wild goose chase. that kind of thing just doesn’t happen any more. rallies with thousands of people in all black and prepared to throw down were routine until Biden took office. part of it was a successful discreditation of the leaders of those rallies by more liberal factions, but the air seriously got sucked out of the room. so I don’t really care about the libs ability to organize – we kind of went on ice and we’re only just starting to thaw because of Palestine.

the next round of clashes will be much more severe and we will absolutely need to iterate and improve on the tactics we learned last time. my dearest hope is that we can build a real org this time to preserve the momentum.

When Trump won last time these people’s - white liberals’ - lives were completely unaffected. If Trump wins they’ll continue to live the same lives they do now, except there’ll be more CNN articles about how Drumpf is over. People who stand to face actual consequences don’t post shit like this.
