A little by little I start to exchange them in person for bigger or smaller banknotes. Eg. i have $100 banknotes and go to ask some random cashier to give me 2 $50 banknotes.
I think best bet would honestly be to do one of those mail-in cash for crypto things and get something anonymous like monero.
I’ve heard irl money laundering is often done at casinos or places that use lots of small cash (car wash etc), so vegas might be another option but personally I would be worried about cameras.
Or just use it for illegal shit like drugs and whoring. I don’t want to promote violence so I won’t suggest things like “pay for a hit on soros” but if I saw a headline that he was gone, I’d drink to that lol

As far as those money go, noone would look for these serial numbers. Except feds and banks it would be easy to buy stuff from stores
