This really shouldn’t have been much of a surprise. From my limited work on modding, QA just isn’t a thing you can actually do. It’ll work on your machine, and maybe you can have one or two other people test something on their machine once or twice, but once it hits the wild you’ll quickly find bits that don’t work on thousands of machines.
I’m very excited for Fallout London, but I’m excited to play it in like a year, once things are stable.
Update: Ignore the bit where I imply that you can’t access the vanilla settings once the mod is installed. I was just being a (wildly charismatic, dashing) idiot.
It always irks me when people can’t live up to an (honest) mistake without tooting their own horn.
Do others find it funny or endearing? I’m genuinely curious, as just owning up to it without the bravado would make more sense to me.
They’re very clearly not being serious, so I wouldn’t really call it “bravado”.
