I read a few nitter comments against by better judgement and they reinforced my initial thought – that was a badass match.
I think most of the complaints I saw (anywhere) was on the double-flip-superhero-pose spot early on.
Which like I get it. In the context of a kayfabe wrestling match having two guys do that spot is just fucking weird and illogical.
…but next month is the 34 year anniversary of the Gobbledy Gooker so maybe shut up Twitter it aint that bad lmao.

Yep, but that’s also the benefit of a minor portion of the TV audience: We know this cause we delve into so much wrestling and have seen so much. Most of the audience watching live or on TV likely have never seen Ospreay and Ricochet wrestle before so: Big pop while we stew lol.
That’s fair. If people liked it, let them enjoy it. A 30 second spot (even if I thought it was fucking stupid both times, but I digress) isn’t going to ruin my night
