Weight loss/dieting
Weight loss going well I feel despite me eating too many takis last week 😣 they were my favorite and on sale. I normally wear tank tops all the time so I’m pretty aware of my flab but actually wearing a button shirt made me realize how big my clothing feels now. I might make today a fast day since I got nothing going on or need to take care of, got some light pea soup I can drink later to ease my stomach.
Are you doing anything other than fasting to lose weight?
Eating less is the main thing though when I started I did fast some, recently it’s been getting harder to fast.
