Each Friday, we’ll be presenting a scenario for a fictional wrestling storyline or premium live event, and it’s up to you, dear wrestlefriend, to play armchair booker and decide how you would make it happen. Your submissions can be as straight forward, or as goofy as you like, the only rule is: keep it in the realm of wrestling (Death Battle already booked Goku vs Superman).
This week’s scenario:
The real life Santa Claus, Mick Foley, has decided to book a Christmas-themed tournament, with its own unique title, The North Pole Championship! As an added bonus, the tournament is open to all wrestlers, regardless of gender or promotion! But, a dastardly Grinch aims to disrupt this holly jolly competition and ruin the fun!
Who will participate in this yuletide tournament? Who will be the champion? Will there be unique match-ups? Any upset victories? Who is the Grinch?
Just to be clear, this is not a contest, there are no prizes to be won. This is purely for entertainment. Happy booking!
Every wrestler who has ever worn a Santa/Mrs clause/Elf outfit must be involved. Foley, Austin, Big Show from ‘Jingle All The Way’, most of the Stardom roster, hell the Santa who took a stunner from Austin that one time fuck it we’re going timey-whimey.
The Grinch? Psycho Mike.
He does absolutely no offense aside from body slams, shows up and bodyslams one person in every match up behind the ref’s back (but while still loudly calling for the body slam to the audience).
Who gets to the end? Absolutely no idea but Psycho Mike will appear and try to cause fuckery. And then both wrestlers just beat the shit out of him for 20 mins before resuming their match.
