- Get some daylight every day
- Have great manners all the time
- Be nice and respectful to people around you (especially the ones you don’t benefit from)
- Read the classic books in literature and your field of work
- Get a hobby and follow it with discipline
- Go to the free health checkups that are provided to you
- Save early and regularly
- Plan your next day, week, month, year
- Have some fun and spent yourself from time to time on your own terms - YOLO ;-)

Learn to cook better. Portion control and have a variety of filling, tasty meals so good that takeaway isn’t considered an option.
Floss.
Actually follow the deadlines I set for myself for online school.
Put 10% of your net pay into a low fee index fund.
Work out. I’ve gotten heavier this year because I stopped going to the gym. I need to remember I can work out at home.
Sleep adequately. Don’t let social norms interfere with how you were biologically designed.
Suck it up and go ride a bike when I REALLY don’t feel like it.
