I mentioned in the weekly thread i was going to make sushi for the extended family this week. We made 18 rolls and it was a huge hit! I forgot to take pictures the day of so these were some of the leftovers on day 2, but still delicious!

The rolls are our favorite from a local restaurant and a few years ago we saw the they had shared the recipe here in case anyone is interested in trying it.

    If you can find a place that makes Inari/sweet tofu/tofu skin/whatever else people call it, it makes for some great vegan sushi.

      I’ve thought about making it, I live just a bit too rural to get it shipped to me. But I’ll put it back in the list to try, thanks for the reminder!
