I microwaved veggies in a covered glass dish with a bit of water until they were soft then microwaved light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, rice wine vinegar, spoon of sugar, corn starch and water until it gets thick and ate it with brown rice

I’m going to attempt to try this when I have enough mental energy to make rice
microwaving vegetables is easy! this looks like a lot of yum & nutrition for not too much effort. I appreciate
