Paradox Interactive announced, along with their latest earning reports, that they've entered into an agreement to acquire Haemimont Games.

Haemimont Games previously developing Surviving Mars in 2018 that was published by Paradox. They also more recently released Jagged Alliance 3 and Stranded: Alien Dawn both in 2023
