I’ve always wanted to seen one of these in the wild and I finally did!
The owl was standing still, swiveling its head back and forth. It was still there over an hour later on the way back.

I don’t know took the photo but the owl thinks they’re hella suspicious and who I am to argue with a burrowing owl.

Naw that’s fine, i’d rather you peeking at the thing than closing in, wouldn’t recommend anyone getting close to wildlife.
