    U.S. code gives the Treasury Secretary the authority to mint and issue coins “in amounts the secretary decides are necessary to meet the needs of the United States.”

      Yeah, but Harvard? Isn’t that the same low-rate school with Vance came from? I mean if they can’t even teach their students that the Judicial arm has power over the President, then can you really trust anything their graduates say?
