      People were comparing airing the Punk/Perry footage to 2000’s WCW a couple weeks ago. They’ve gotten compared to WCW from the day the company was announced and will keep doing so till the day the company shuts it’s doors. Pouring a barrel of water into the ocean isn’t gonna make it’s volume go up any appreciable amount.

        I may have been a kid for WCW 2000 but it really makes me wonder everyone else’s memory of it. WCW was historically bad with very little payoff. Like sure TK probably needs to stop shit posting and maybe a few guys didn’t make the next jump but this is still nowhere near the insanity and nonsensical chaos of WCW

          Those last were years of WCW were such pure unadulterated guff.

          Both AEW and WCW wanna be The Joker. I’m talking ‘Killing Joke’ Joker.

          AEW has managed to slip at times from Ledger to 60’s Batman Joker, makeup-covered-mustache and all.

          …but WCW was fuckin’ Leto at it’s worst. Shitty tattoo and fucking all.
