There is only one country on this planet willing to stick its neck out to take this fight on: Iran.

Which is why people get antsy when they talk a big game before nothing ever happens. A nearly nuclear nation leading the axis of resistance is good, but if they wait till the Palestinians are exterminated, then their strength is meaningless

Iran has been the most coveted imperial target of the US military complex for ages. I understand if they’re even slightly holding back.

Sure, not saying I know better, I’m well aware of the hexbear tendency to jump down the throats of armchair generals. The Iranian state is of greater value to Iran than the Palestinians. I recognize this state of affairs, and yet there’s no other entity to step in. Thus the feelings

I just wanted to add but Iran has helped Palestine a lot, just for some examples see https://hexbear.net/comment/4361195

it’s weird to say no other entity has stepped in when Iran, Ansarallah, Hezbollah have been stepping in various ways.

and to add, Iran is planning on retaliating against Israel, and Israel fate is pretty much sealed, being more closer to defeat. Considering their economy is wrecked, and they’re being hurt in many different directions. Israel has no future.

              • we get that we do but its still hard to watch gaza burn for longer and longer

I hope Iran isn’t bluffing, and i dont really think they are, the longer it takes the more serious force they can muster for destruction of the demon. but even then it still hurts. Is this what communists were thinking while waiting for the soviet counter-attack against the nazi lines? Knowing it was inevitable and that they were doing what they could, but still having to wait and see nazis commit more and more atrocities…

God I miss the soviet union, they would have stopped this mark my words

The term used was country, and neither Hezbollah nor ansarallah are technically running their countries. As for the other facts, we’re aware of this. It’s a question of if the Palestinians have a future

You did not say country, but entity. Forgive me if I didn’t catch that you meant country in that context. And I don’t think that a valid question since Palestine is still around and so are Palestinians. And resistance groups like Hamas are going to keep fighting.

      – maybe true in soviet russia; but in capitalist america it’s merely native american reservation relocation. lol

isreal is culling the native population down to a small, manageable, non-threatening population where they can throw token sorry-for-the-genocide money at their generationally impoverished reservation from now on.

It boils my blood that so much human life is lost in the name of a doomed class. Imagine the Zionist Entity somehow survives long enough to eradicate the population of Ghazza, and annexes both Ghazza and the West Bank, and totally eradicates the natives of the West Bank as well. Then, obviously, attacks will continue from the Entity’s neighbors or from other countries in the region, the Palestinian diaspora will continue to organize and fight, and BDS will continue from the rest of the dignified world; the Zionist leadership will obviously respond to this by making more calls for more Lebensraum, and thus the borders of this wretched pseudo-country will continue to swell like a tick, until we finally reach the point where Yank turns on Reb or Limey turns on Kraut, or the contradictions of settler-colonialism otherwise cause the fundamentally unsustainable colonial project to collapse in on itself.

And what then? The natives will be free at last, but how many of their families were wiped from existence? What crushing void, millions of people in size, will make its presence felt throughout the world for centuries afterward? These people, the people of Ghazza, the people of Palestine in general, the people of the Middle East more broadly, they have died because of a settler-colonial bourgeois delusion, an ideology that had to convince itself it was just and sustainable because it could not confront its own pointless grotesque atrocity.

My own hope and prediction is that we are already seeing the collapse of “Israel”, and Palestine will be free long before the total depopulation of Ghazza.

We get to call every lib a Nazi for the rest of time. They sat down at the Nazi table, they helped pay for the meal, they get the bill.

I am not letting them get away with this pants sitting apathy this time like they did with Rwanda. If they had any self consistency they’d be calling for a liberal humanitarian military action and airstrikes on Tel Aviv.

Small comfort if you’re Palestinian I guess. I have friends who are (they live here), and they’re deeply not ok. Their family holds land in “Israel Proper” and what the news isn’t telling you, is that the programs are no longer confined to the West Bank and Gaza. They’re attacking any Muslim, or Christian. Some are even going after what they see as the “wrong type” of Jewish person. It’s very, very bad.

    • That’s the secret sauce, they just say “it turns out that everyone in Gaza was Hamas!”.

I’ve seen some reports in the news that Trump wants to aide them in annexure of the West Bank too. Apparently he’s been promising this to one of the Adelsons for donations…

whywhywhywhywhy why why why why why Jack?!!! I’ll do it for free!!!

So does this mean Israel is winning? Does this mean they’re on track to accomplishing their goals? Once they’re finished here they’ll just immediately crown themselves eternal hegemon of the middle east and everything will be okay for them?

Everyone who supports Israel deserves to be oppressed and live in fear every fucking day of their lives. Trap them all into slums with no water or electricity, do to them what they’ve done to Palestinians. It’s only right.

A lot of videos, articles, and academics were exclaiming this is the end of Israel. But the US is determined to see this through because any breaks are an admittance that most of the government, legislative, administrative, executive, elected, appointed, and mid level officers were complicit and enabled genocide.

This is a fight over logistics, and Israel has US resources at its disposal.

They plan to get Hamas to surrender, occupy Gaza, cleanse the rest and hide the evidence and investigators, journalists, activists will be barred from inspections. Census, forged.

Fuck this. Now this is giving me the impression that the Resistance is on the way to total and utter destruction and that Israel is literally untouchable because of their benevolent god-kings the fucking Amerikkkans. Israel has nothing to worry about as long as the America’s got their back right? They can just cruise to victory at this point? All the Zionazis and fucking demons have every right to be smug because there is no possibility of defeat?

All I can think about now is just taking revenge on an individual level, sock every Zionist scumbag I meet in the face, maybe encourage others to do the same, organize groups and drag them onto the streets and just beat them senseless, they deserve worse than beating, but a beating’s all I can think of. Hell going to prison or getting killed for it might be worth it just to make these fuckers suffer.

I think that is their rationale; I didn’t mean to imply that I believe this but it is on the back of my mind that this is a grim possibility.

Don’t destroy your life to spite theirs. Spite their life by keeping consistent course of reminding them that their ideology demanded genocide and demanded it be normal. Don’t let it be normal.

There will be no justice for them. The best we can work for is a world wherein such tragedies no longer occur. And that will require organization, not well meaning but impotent individual action.
