    You make a lot of outlandish claims like ingesting flouride helps with cavities

    If flouride helps with cavities (it does) and is metabolized when ingested and distributed to your teeth (it is), then I’m going to give you credit enough to assume you can put 1 and 1 together and realize how silly you sound

      Fluoride is effective topically, a side effect of too much fluoride is what you describe. Like eating too many carrots turns your skin orange. Your skin turning orange is not proof that it is working rather a side effect of too much beta carotene.

      Fluoride works by disrupting the the bacteria and strengthening the enamel of your teeth. I mean the only silliness here is you at this point. There is a reason you are not supposed to swallow fluoride toothpaste and that there is a poison control number on the box.

      In fact, I would say at this point, since you are so uniformed, you are just being rude.
