Me and the brother did the classic switcheroo and its really funny in a cosmic sense.
Please tell me you also switched names (I can think of plenty of reasons why you shouldn’t, but you gotta commit to the bit)
Sibling and I (who were assigned opposite sexes) are both agender, so I guess it also evens out
“Uhh… Anything else?” Under their breath “shit this is ruining our narrative”
“They’re happier in general, like they were literally skipping with joy the other day”
“They’re happier in general, like they were literally skipping with joy the other day”
I personally relate to this so much. I’m literally so much happier since I transitioned. Life just feels happier and actually worth living for a change.
My Mom tells me she’s noticed that I’m actually happy now :D
It makes me happy to hear that it’s gone well for you. And it brings me joy everytime I hear someone talk about their positive experiences with it.
It reminds me of when I first came out as bi and decided to not live in the closet anymore; my outlook on everything improved, I was happier day to day, and I made some new friends.
10/10 Would recommend living your life as you, don’t live in fear.
We’re here, we’re queer, and it’s about time everyone got used to it.
But on the bright side, you have much more makeup you can steal now.
and cloths! (I am wearing 2 items of clothing from my sister’s closet rn)
Oh yeah, my sibling is like 40cm taller than me, and I have plenty of
my spouse’sour hoodies
My biggest feeling about my younger sister becoming my younger brother is that it’s cool we both have beards now.
By contrast, I’m a little pissed that it took this long for my little sister to become my little sister - we used to beg our parents to let us share a bedroom! But she was made to share a room with our two older brothers instead.
In a way, we always knew.
Twist: their younger brother grows a better beard.

Who has the better one though?
Why would it take longer to shower? More hair?
I do take slightly longer to wash my hair since it’s long now, but that’s not the real reason I spend much longer in the shower. The real reason is that it’s warm and relaxing in there.
If wasting water wasn’t a concern, I swear I’d have stayed in the shower until I mutated gills.
Some days the thing that ultimately stops me is running out of hot water.
It wasn’t warm and relaxing before transitioning?
It was but I didn’t much like being naked and seeing my naked body back then, gave dysphoria :(
Oh, that makes sense! It’s more pleasant because you’re comfortable in your own skin.
Yes, also depending on the person, shaving their body.
God It takes so long
As if teenage boys don’t spend absurd amounts of time in the shower.
It’s clean, dude. You can stop.
shower warm and cozy
Yeah but it needs just a little more polishing.
More self care
People should engage in more self-care already. Taking care of yourself is important for health and happiness.
Yes, and it’s especially important to do so when you feel like you don’t want to/it feels hard to do so! The more often you beat that low-energy feeling the easier it becomes to beat it
Needed this reminder. Thank you.
