Probably wherever they might have a claim to citizenship.
New Zealand had a good program for skilled immigrants (all their young people move to Straya for work), so potentially you could move down there. And Canada is, like, right there across the border. You don’t even need a passport if you’re a permanent resident if the US or a US citizen. I dunno about moving outside the Anglosphere, but your money might go further anyway
